Bath on Ice
Skating for everyone – Bath’s festive ice rink is in Royal Victoria Park again this year. Open every day, except Christmas Day, until 10 pm. Last day 6th January.
Glow in the Dark Mini-Golf
Bath’s scenic crazy golf course is given a festive makeover with clever lighting and glowing holes (!). Enjoy the atmosphere until 9.30 pm every evening.
Go to the Panto
Seats are still available for Peter Pan at the Theatre Royal. Paul Nicholas and Jon Monie star in this year’s traditional family pantomime.
Victorian Carousel
Take a whirl on a traditional Victorian carousel in Stall Street (in the heart of the shopping district) until 6th January. Maybe for short a break from the Christmas sales??
Visit a 17th Century Christmas at Dyrham Park
Experience a Christmas before indoor Christmas trees, tinsel or baubles at Bath’s nearest National Trust House until 1st January. Combine a visit with a refreshing walk in the deer park and a National Trust scone for afternoon tea!
‘Nordic Delights’ at the Southgate Centre
Snowfalls every hour, a giant snow globe, cosy log cabins, hot chocolate and mulled wine amongst the shops in Bath’s newest shopping area (and lots of sales too!).
The Festival of Light at Longleat
Longleat’s famous annual Christmas ‘special’ is on until 6th January and there are fantastic fireworks shows on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day too. Just 40 minutes drive from our apartments.
Krowd Keepers Magic Theatre
Some of the world’s top magicians put on an amazing show in the Bath Ale House until 29th December. “No rabbits, cheese or top hats” apparently!
Walk the Bath Skyline
Walk off some of those Christmas delicacies on this beautiful route above the city, enjoy the countryside and see Bath from a new angle.
