We will send you detailed directions on how to find your apartment (along with lots of useful information) a few weeks before you arrive in Bath.
Both Herschel Place and St George’s House are within a very easy walk of the centre of town. You won’t need your car once you have arrived and can leave it safely parked in the private parking space.
Train Station
Bath Spa train station is approximately 15 minutes walk from St George’s House and 20 minutes from Herschel Place. Both apartments are a short taxi ride away (taxis are available directly outside the station).
Airports
Bristol: 19 miles (30 kms). The Bath Bus Company run an airport bus service between the airport and central Bath.
There is a stop just a few metres away from 4 St George’s House (ask for the stop at “Nile Street”). The nearest stop for 3 Herschel Place is at the Train Station (see above).
Heathrow: easily reached by train or coach and about 1hr 45 minutes drive.
