Our rates vary depending on the length of your stay. When you enter the dates you want to stay, you will be given the best price available.

Late Availability Discounts or Special Promotions can be found on our Gift Vouchers / Special Offers page

Low Season Sunday Night Discount: Stay Friday and Saturday nights during the low season and add Sunday night too for just £100.

Low season dates for 2026 are 1st January – 12th February 2026 and 22nd February – 2nd April 2026.

Minimum Stay: we do not take bookings for less than 2 nights.

Accidental Damage Waiver: A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £10 is payable per booking, for any length of stay and will be added to the cost of your accommodation. This fee insures you against accidental damage to the apartment. If you would prefer to pay a refundable security deposit (£100 payable with the balance for your booking and refunded within 7 days of departure) instead of the Accidental Damage Waiver, please contact us before booking.

Payment dates: a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival.

Included in our rates: Our prices are for the entire apartment (not per person) and include private parking for 1 car, breakfast for the first morning, all linens and end of stay cleaning. Covid-19 restrictions mean that unfortunately we are not currently able to offer our usual mid-stay cleans but if you are staying for 14 nights or more we will deliver a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
